The needs assessment will then guide a collaboratively developed diversity education approach that explicitly and directly targets the most pressing issues in your organization, school, district, or program. Options might include a single keynote presentation or workshop, an ongoing professional learning community, a series of seminars, or a hybrid of online and in-person dialogues. Our approach to diversity education is grounded in current and rigorous research on race, social class, gender, sexuality, language, religion, (dis)ability, and other forms of identity. EQUITY CONSULTING

At Just Perspective, LLC, our equity consulting aims to facilitate philosophical and practical change toward equity. Our consulting services can be as comprehensive or specific as your situation requires, and they are always targeted to your particular needs and resources. Some of the areas that we can consult on include hiring, staff retention, curriculum, pedagogical strategies, policy, leadership development, student discipline and behavior, organization climate, framework development, issue-specific efforts, and organizational/systems change.
