As a longtime professor and thought leader, Angelina has spent her career helping teams, institutions, and community organizations strengthen their capacity, clarify their vision, and translate values into measurable impact. She specializes in strategic planning, grant writing, performance optimization, and culturally responsive evaluation, partnering with clients to design solutions that are both data-driven and grounded in equity.
